We have a picky eater in our house. Actually, he's a very picky eater. He's a 13-year-old, growing-like-a-weed, always hungry picky eater. And one of the few things he ate prior to implementing the GFCF diet was pizza.
So we have been searching. And searching. And searching for a gluten-free pizza crust that he would actually eat. I've tried recipes. I've tried mixes. Nothing could meet his high standards in pizza crust.
Until now.
The super-nice Tim Kelly at Dad's Gluten-Free Pizza Crust agreed to send us some pizza crusts to sample. Given our past experience with gluten-free crusts, I was skeptical.
The par-baked crust arrived vacuum-sealed for freshness with instructions to store in the freezer. When ready to use, the instructions state to defrost the crust in the refrigerator.
We chose to pre-bake the crust for 7 minutes before adding toppings. With toppings added, we then baked the pizza for another 10 minutes. I have no photos of the pizza because it was devoured. He ate the whole thing. And what did he have to say about it? Just this, "Wow, that was really good."

Thank you Dad's Gluten-Free Pizza Crust! This crust looks, feels, and tastes just like pizza crust should.
